How do I place an Order?

1. Select desired Medication(s), click "order" and select the dosage.
2. Click "Check-Out" after you have selected all the items you want.
3. Complete Customer Account, Shipping/Contact Information & Payment Method.
4. Complete the Medical Questionnaire (Must be complete and accurate to avoid delays in your order processing). You must list your primary care physicians name and phone number, without this information your order can not be processed.

NOTE: We do not fill prescriptions based solely on on-line questionnaires.

What happens when I place an order?

When you place an order with us you will receive the lowest prescription prices you can find on the Internet. A case manager will be assigned to process your order and assist with:

• Contacting the physician you provided to request the medication you selected.
• Faxing a Prescription Authorization Form for each medication you requested.
• Following up with physician after faxing to expedite your order request.
• Routing your approved order to a licensed U.S. pharmacy for dispensing and shipment.
• Managing any refills.

The cost of the medication will only be billed at the time your prescription has been approved by your physician and the medication has been shipped. Your doctor may prescribe less or more than the quantity you requested. In this case, we will fulfill the quantity your doctor prescribes. Any refills that are part of your order will be billed at the advertised sale price and no processing fee will apply.

What is the discount rx club?

With every new order our customers receive a free 30 day trial membership to the discount rx club. As a member, the discount rx club provides special discounts on the drugs you purchase every day. Member pharmacies have agreed to dispense US medications to US customers at a significantly reduced price which is typically 10-25% less than you would pay at large chains. At the end of your free 30 day trial period, unless you cancel, your credit card will be charged a recurring, monthly membership fee of twenty ninety-five ($20.95).
